Horrible experience I can’t understand how they are still in business. This restaurant was very very old and not like an antique old Just old I saw a box TV today. I haven’t seen a box TV in 15 years but let me get into the food and drinks absolutely horrible and I’ll tell you why at the end of this post as well why I’m saying that! when I ordered a drink, I ordered the margarita and my friend ordered a margarita as well. When I say I can’t make this up I can’t make this up. The bartender after she got my order, ran out of tajin So to my surprise, she yells out to the manager we’re out tajin And literally tells the manager “can you go get some Tajin” comes out of the office where he’s been hiding it apparently from his workers In an old container of M&Ms and comes and pours the tajin, and then takes it back to his office. That was So crazy! when I received my drink, and my friend received his drink, they were watered down and very, very very nasty. Didn’t taste like there wasn’t any alcohol in it. He ordered the house and I ordered an actual top shelf. I figured I would at least taste a little bit of liquor I didn’t! neither did he. I mean I moved on to the Food. I ordered a burger. He had the tamales. I’ll post those on here as well. The burger itself was super dry and had no seasoning in it at all. It was absolutely disgusting. Tamales were average at best but he finished it! I didn’t at all I’ll be honest with you. I couldn’t eat. I couldn’t eat the food and then the staff is friendly but stares at you the entire time. It looks like they were so bored and they didn’t have too much business but they checked on me like 100 times like one after another every single one of them I didn’t have just one single server. I had like several people checking on me I didn’t like that, but overall man, this is a horrible horrible restaurant. I will never return and I will never recommend anybody to go there look out Waller residents! Ps I told you I would tell you my final reason for not coming here, immediately after leaving the restaurant my stomach was yelling at me and screaming about 15 mins later it had it I found myself needing to go number 2 and quickly. This was a waste of my time and money! Ridiculous!!!!!!
Horrible bartending service. Ordered a margarita, it tasted watered down and no good at all. Asked to get another one and requested a different liquor after the bartender not even asking us which liquor we preferred . Another drink was made and still not much better but i drank it and when getting the ticket they made us pay for the one that they threw out and remade…stating they still gotta charge for thrown away liquor even after it was made horribly by the bartender.. (without the option of keeping that drink too if we were paying for it anyway ( horrible service from bartender and waitress)
I ordered Chalupas to go. The shells used were the queso cups so no way to pick them up. Covered with veggies to cover this so I didn’t know until I tried to pick them up. The meat (fajita beef and chicken) had absolutely no flavor and was sparse. In fact you couldn’t even smell it — they grilled smell. I won’t be going back. Just horrible.
