We have gotten food from this restaurant for years and have always been extremely satisfied. Unfortunately, yesterday afternoon we ordered a large sausage, pepperoni and onion pizza and a medium cheese pizza. After taking them home and eating a slice, we noticed the unusual taste in both pizzas which seem to have a very salty taste to them. This was so out of character of the pizzas we have gotten here in the past. I called and spoke to the manager (Antonio). After explaining to him we have purchased pizzas from this location for years and have been very satisfied and explaining to him what the issue was with these pizzas and we would probably throw them away the only thing he offered was a 20% discount on our next order. So now only does he want to keep our money for two pizzas that we cannot eat he wants to take our money again and just give us a 20% discount. Amazing! Even though we have always been very happy in the past with our food from this location, because there was no real attempt by Antonio to resolve this issue, we will probably not get food at this location any longer as there are too many other Pizza locations in this town to choose from. I’m sad to have to leave this one star review but the customer service we receive from Antonio was very disappointing. In a town this size word-of-mouth travels very quickly. They are not only gonna lose our business but as we tell others our experience I’m sure they’re gonna lose some other customers too.
Updating my prior review. Went there last night for dinner. We got there on the later side and they were very welcoming. I got a penne and shrimp dish with a cream sauce and it was delicious! It was their tuesday special. We love going here. It's always good.
First timer and glad we found it. I moved to VA from NJ in 2001. Moved to NC in 2019. Have had a very difficult time finding a decent pizza like NJ all this time until now. Next time we are in the area visiting family again this will be a absolute visit again. Now that I know how fantastic there pizza is I look forward to having some of their other items which im sure will be just as good. Good food, keep up the good work!!
