a month agoFood was not to my liking. I tried the catfish basket and it was tiny pcs. The coleslaw was tasty but thats about all. I did end up sick 30 min later. But the older gentleman there was friendly and kind, while no one else cared to talk to us. Place was not busy at all...which I prefer.

a month agoSo delicious and worth the price! Owners took care of us if anything was wrong. They make everything as it's ordered and it all hand breaded and in house. It's so fresh and you can tell they care about there consumers. We will definitely be back!!!

a month agoDelish! Me and my friend stopped by while messing around in Rockwall and Royce City. We’re from downtown Dallas and I WISH this place was by me! The catfish was the best I’ve had in a very long time and the crab cakes are awesome! Everything was perfectly seasoned and not overly battered! Bravo! 🤩

3 months agoI eat here fairly often and always get the same grilled shrimp basket. The food is consistently good and the place is cute.

3 months agoIts a gem of a restaurant. Had the Baked Fish Pontchartrain: baked catfish on rice, drown in gumbo. It was awesome.

4 months agoGot home, was missing the shrimp from the 3 item platter. It’s 6 bucks more expensive than the 2 item platter and the shrimp is kinda the best part 😭 Good fish, but rough expedience for a first timer. Inside smells extremely strong of oil - they need a better ventilation system.

5 months agoI stopped in at Ciro’s Seafood and ordered the Fish & Shrimp Combo Basket, and it ended up being a great choice. The shrimp was the awesome! Perfectly seasoned, crispy, and full of flavor. Easily some of the best fried shrimp I’ve had in a while. The fish was also seasoned really well. The fillets were a little thin, but the flavor more than made up for it. They had that classic Southern/Cajun-style seasoning that hits just right. The fries were legit, not the frozen kind. Good texture and tasted fresh. The hush puppies were pretty standard but still good and exactly what you expect with a seafood basket. I also added a boudin ball, and that was another highlight. Super flavorful, crispy on the outside, and packed with great seasoning on the inside. Overall, Ciro’s served up a tasty and satisfying fried seafood basket. Great shrimp, well-seasoned fish, real fries, and a flavorful boudin ball. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the mood for fried seafood done right. I’d go back.

a year agoStopped in for a late lunch, and this place was the absolute best choice! The 4-piece catfish was some of the best I’ve ever had—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I definitely should have ordered more hush puppies; they were delicious and left me wanting more. The place was spotless and nicely decorated, with a welcoming vibe. Clean restrooms, too, which is always a plus. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food and a comfortable dining experience!
