This is hands down the best fish and chips in town. The fish is always fresh and crispy. Value is incredible. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating of requests. This is one our top take out options in georgetown. Do not overlook this place.
This is one of if not my favourite place in Georgetown, the chips are great, the fish is amazing, and the workers are super nice and welcoming! You get more food for cheaper and it's always fresh, my family has been going there for years and this place has brought us lots of joy. I would recommend this to anyone!!
Since Golden Fish and chips was closed on Monday we decided to give this place a try. My God what a mistake!! I'm seeing all these great reviews which has made me very suspicious. I'm not sure where THEY were eating but it couldn't have possibly been here!!!!! The fish is non existent. So tiny!!!!! AND THE FISH HAD NO FLAVOR AT ALL. Just bland food!!!!!! The fries were SO DRY!!!! My husband is from England and if you saw the amount of fish-and-chips you get for $10. We are ripping people off in this country. Needless to say, we will not be going back. Once was enough!! Save your $$ and listen to the REAL reviews and go elsewhere!!
