This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The drivers are great, but the management is terrible, honestly when I had my car crash (I was a rider), the owner came to check up on THE CAR, and did not even ask me or any of the other children, or even the driver if we were ok. Just straight to the insurance. TLDR; don’t use these services

I have not used this service, but I had one of their drivers cram their van into a parking spot next to mine, even though it was too small, then proceed to hit my car with their car door and walk away as if nothing happened. I don't think I would trust my children with them.
