Under new management than when it opened (and since my last review) but still really good. The chicken Tikka Masala is really great, so would still be my go-to. The new owner seems to be a really nice guy, and I know he’s trying to make it appeal more to the local El Salvadoran population with the Charcoal Chicken, but it’s still Indian at heart - not Asian Fusion anymore. It’s no frills and quick, so don’t go for the atmosphere. Good for a quick lunch.
Today first time I ordered delivery from Masala wok and it was very disappointing experience. Chicken lollipops were not cooked well, Rice and noodles had no taste at all, I felt nothing was fresh. I have been to this restaurant for quite a few times and it was good but this time it was terrible, so never going to try it again.
SO GOOD! We’ve only been doing carry out once a week and I took a huge risk ordering from here! It was worth it! The tikka masala was delicious and had a nice portion of chicken. The shrimp and egg pad Thai (extra hot) was EXTRA hot. Great flavors . We also ordered a chicken wrap that while a little heavy on the red onion was otherwise delicious. So glad to find this place. No idea how the dine in experience is but to go was 8/10 for sure!
From out of state and was looking for a quick bite. Food was given quickly however it was a little bit dry. While the flavors were spectacular many of the other people in my party thought the food was much spicier than expected so make sure to not go overboard.
Love the Desi Chinese dishes and the traditional Indian fare was good too...definitely coming back👍
Great quality fusion food. The spicy is really spicy, and the choices are great. You can mix and match and they will cater to your needs. The owner is really cool, and very friendly to talk with. The location is awesome - service is just okay...food comes out fairly quick though Stars: Food - great quality, ability to change it up, the chicken lollipops care wonderful Service - decent, fast delivery of food, but overall it would be nice to have tables cleared faster Atmosphere - Nice, well lit, good selection of drinks and spices from the self service area Location - awesome, great part of Herndon Family friend - very much so, this is a great spot to take kids and parents Price - Decent, good price for the quality Would I return - Yep, nothing that I crave, but a decent spot to take kids.
Average restaurant with good variety of items to choose from. Noodles were too oily. Kung pao was good.
Good food, friendly service. However, a mop bucket and vacuum was sitting in the dinning room. The server did use antibacterial gel before serving us! I would go back for food. I had Mongolian chicken and my boyfriend had curry lamb was very flavorful. I wanted a kabob but was told it would take 30 minutes to make. I would recommend this restaurant.
