Tried this place for the first time and was genuinely impressed! The space is small, but don’t let that fool you — the quality of the vegetarian food was amazing. Every dish was full of flavor, perfectly spiced, and tasted freshly made. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. If you’re craving authentic Indian veg food, this place is definitely worth a try. Highly recommend!
Reason for 3 stars is simple. I ordered the butter chicken via Uber eats & paid $17 for 16oz of mostly sauce and half a cup of chicken, yet had a whole container of the rice. Did it have great taste? Yes. Did I get my moneys worth… absolutely not.
Clove Garden has become my family’s take-out Indian restaurant of choice. Almost everything we’ve had has been very good, with just a couple rare exceptions. And if you order online you can choose a free appetizer - get the vegetable pakora, not the chicken. It’s a takeout restaurant only, so no atmosphere whatsoever to speak of. But the food is damn good.
