I went to the cedar park truck. I ordered an E1. When I got it, the dish was missing two of the five main vegetables. When I asked the guy working was like “yeah we don’t have that” as if I was crazy for asking. I said maybe I can have my money back in which he started laughing as if I got crazier. Never go to this place.
Was excited to see a Thai food truck at the ball park, but so disappointed in the food. Many of the menu items included tofu, but no tofu was available. The chicken fried rice was mushy and lacked seasoning badly. The spring rolls were just lettuce and carrots, and the dipping was revolting. Maybe thousand island dressing? I gave it 3 stars because the chicken pad thai was fair and edible. Unfortunately it was just one guy working that truck, so it’s hard to really measure service. He was nice though!
