6 years agoWent here last night 8/21/19 for my girlfriend's bday.. There were only a handful of people but that didn't bother us since we had a large group. I'll start by saying that the food impressed me, amazing shrimp in some type of pink cream, the churrazco and yuca fries were also excellent. The place is very nice, DJ was great and great Latin music that started at 930pm, lastly the service was EXCELLENT! Thank you Eli for your service, he welcomed us and took excellent care of us from beginning to end, very friendly, professional and humble, and stayed on top of our drinks and the hookah at all times. We'll be coming back for sure, maybe for your Sundays brunch! Muchas gracias!! PS: For the one review that said the music was too loud, next time go to the library.... It's a lounge to go eat, drink and dance! That's what we Latinos do! :))

6 years agoWe went there last night for the first time. We were so disappointed with the place. The music was extremely loud. We couldn't hear each other talk and even the bartender kept getting our drinks wrong because she couldn't hear us at all. When we asked the employees to lower the music they were ignoring us. We ended up leaving.

6 years agoI attended today's event with Chef Ninja for the Dominican sushi. We arrived around 1pm. We were greeted and promptly escorted to our table. Our waitress attended us quickly to take order drinks and food. We didn't wait long for our food. The sushi was okay. It went downhill from there. Unfortunately we placed a take out order of sushis and we waited a long time to receive our order. They didn't have the elotes but they did replace it two extra rolls. In my opinion, the restaurant need to be better prepared for events like this.

7 years agoFood is amazing but did not care for the way management handled a situation the night of my visit..... **In response to the owner- A better response would have been to ask what my concern was. Myself and the other person on my check received our food late and our drink order was wrong. We did not even get to eat half of our food because the situation you detailed below happened 10 minutes after we received it. We did not receive a discount nor did I ask for one and I left a nice tip. (Feel free to pull my check to confirm) Please note most of your staff vacated the building before anything was said to the customers. But they felt it was important to bring us our checks while we were standing outside waiting for the building to be cleared.... As I said, I did not care for the way things were handled and believe 3 stars was more than generous.

7 years agoWent for the grand opening for cache Saturdays for my friend’s birthday. We got there at 1015pm the bouncers let her in and a couple of other people but then proceeded to not let me or anyone else in until and hour and a half later!!!! We were looking forward to eating there and then they told us the kitchen was closed so we had to stop at the Asian spot next door.Once we get in my friend that was already in there told me they were not giving anyone drinks the whole hour and a half she was in there!! The music was good but I wish they would’ve switched it around more instead of playing bachata almost the whole night. I felt like they were very unorganized and not prepared for a grand opening night. Don’t think I will be coming back.

7 years agoWent for the special brunch event..Overall the spot it self and the music was good but the service itself was horrible. Had a table for 10 with bottle service to see and have the el ninja’s food. After getting their when the event started around 2 we didn’t get out appetizer almost more then 1 hr in half then after the party of ten didn’t get the entree and also we didn’t get out last part of the brunch special which was the sushi. The waiter kept blaming the kitchen then the kitchen was bone the spot being understaffed that we ended up leaving. I thank the promoters to look over our checks and discounted it. Overall even thou it didn’t go as i planed id def give this spot a second try

7 years agoTalk about spacous. The food is great and you get a very new york feel to the place in my opinion. The atmosphere and the music is spot on and the logo is pretty unique. Love the Sancocho and the Steak dish is bomb & ofcourse the yuca fries are a must get. Will be definitely be back to this place.

7 years agoThis is the second time I've been to this restaurant/bar and I must say the service, food and ambiance were AMAZING. Today we were attended to by such a professional, attentive and kind young lady that was also behind the bar. Our drinks were fresh and fast and the food was DELICIOUS!!
