First visit on full moon… 11/05/2025… Giant Rainbow over top of the Coco Canana faded too fast… Faster than the Rainbow last week on Hump Day… Lauren was absolutely brilliant & delightful… The food coming out smelling divine… Our drinks were delicious… Had
Waitress didn't tell me there was a 3% charge for using a card until after she charged it. Only complaint.
Absolute worst service ever!! Came in for the Halloween party our group of 14 ordered PIZZA when it was brought to our table we asked for plates because she didn't bring any and a drink our server looked at us and said does anybody else want anything cuz I won't be running back and forth all night(as a former waitress/ server the whole table was shocked), and guess what she brought the plates and 2 drinks and was never seen again, honestly she should have won the costume contest because she ghosted us the rest of the night we had to go to the bar for drinks . NEWS FLASH when you work as a server it's your job to run back and forth to your tables!
