Place was packed and got in right away and served food in timely matter...omelets and biscuits and gravy to die for. Def recommend..
I don’t even wanna give this place a one star I wanna give them a no star. Talk about the worst service ever. Did not once ask to refill my coffee and as well as finding a hair in my friends food then not taking the food off the bill and gave me a look like I did something wrong she pointed at me to her coworker like i wasn’t even there. The food was BLAND I had French toast that tasted like egg toast didn’t have what normal French toast would have at all and my hash brown were a puddle of grease and RAW tried to dress them up with ketchup and it sucked…. All around worst restaurant I have been to in a long time. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IN THE SLIGHTEST.
We love going here for breakfast. Staff is friendly and attentive. Place is small but have not ever had to wait long.
Worst breakfast of my life we both ate less than half and asked for crispy hash browns. We got slimy eggs soggy wet hash browns, one coffee refill. While the girls sat and visited with other customers. Don't waste your time or cash in these hats times. And had to pay 26.99 for something we didn't enjoy. Will never recommend or try again.
The waitress was great Karen(maybe Terrin) friendly, bubbly.. nice morning attitude! Food was fast and Hot, yummy. Looks like the place got a new paint job inside not too long ago.
My wife and I came to the Coffee Cup this morning for "brunch" at around 9:30 a.m. and were absolutely astounded at the size and tastiness of the blueberry pancakes she ordered. I got the toast, eggs, hashbrowns and bacon and they were awesome too. Needless to say we left with a carryout box as well as a smile on our elderly faces not only because of the food but also because of your amazingly friendly and efficient staff. We will be back!! (sometime after that carry out box is finished)!
Another fantastic breakfast from the, Coffee cup here in our little town. Great job by Karen and her crew. I know I've written a review for this place already but I just can't say enough good things about it. My wife and I love their breakfasts and we usually split one and add a couple eggs not because we're cheep but BECAUSE the portions are just so darn HUGE! LIKE THIS perfectly cooked country fried steak, crisp on the outside fluffy on the inside hash browns, thick sliced sourdough ANNNNNDD over easy eggs prepared exactly the they're supposed to be and trust me I know, I've flipped a few eggs in my day. This is a must try place if you're in our neck of the woods in, Lake city, MI.
Ash's Coffee Cup has a large variety of teas and several flavors of hot chocolate. The food is really good. There is a new owner who came around with coffee regularly. The portions are large. The pancakes are as good as cake. The bacon was meaty.
