The service is excellent, but the quality of the beef for example is not very good. On both occasions the beef had far too much grizzle/elastin, more than any other restaurant I can even think of. Lastly, the price is above average of what you would expect to pay in exchange for what you are served.
Since the change of ownership/management, prices have gone up and portion size has been cut in half. First visit ordered empanadas but they were out of the ingredients so it couldn't make them. Second visit ordered marutos with my meal, but they were out of them and couldn't make them. Third visit ordered limes for my pork chop and they were out of them, so they brought me lemons instead. Been going to this place for almost 5 years and the last three visits speak volumes about the new management. Consistently out of ingredients to cook what is on the menu. Very sad because this place used to be awsome! :'(
