3 years agoMoms home made cooking cuisine. The food was okay, it was plain, not really flavorful. The empanadas were delicious. The chicken was really soft. The pork was very chewy. The owners only accept cash or zelle. They don’t have a card reader. The parking spot right outside this place is a bus stop so we had to park across the street.

3 years agoThis is a unique little place, blink, and you'll miss it. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife. Their menu has 4 items every day that are rotated. Totally authentic Cuban food in Laredo. Food is excellent, tostones perfectly cooked and the rice and beans are the best I've had. Make sure and take cash. They don't take cards or any other electronic form of payment.

5 years agoDelicious food! Highly recommend it. I called to order and the lady was very nice and advised that only limited plates from the menu were available due to Covid. She was quick to hand me the food through curbside and the food was nice and hot. 👌 I will definitely come back and visit!! Oh and the serving size is for like 2-3 people!

6 years agoVery friendly service. Nice portions. I asked for the Classic Cuban plate with a water and a cafecito after the meal. It was all delicious and authentic. Total bill was $17.95.

9 years agoStumbled onto this place during a business trip while still in the Army. It was fantastic! Love the small family own and run feel and you can tell everything was made with love!
