It was $20 for two toasted Asiago bagels and one coffee….ok we are at the airport,but when we went to eat on the plane we discovered the bagels were NOT TOASTED, and we had to put the cream cheese on these cold dry bagels ourselves. This dry chewy bagel would have had potential if it had been toasted! Like I ordered it! Do better!
The girl with longer dark hair working on the morning of feb 11th should be fired. I came in to get a pastry and I had to wait longer than I should have so she could text on her phone. She was trying to be hide it but it was obvious. I just needed her to hand it to me.
They were pretty quick and I did appreciate that. The location is also nice. However they struggled with customer communication. They were quiet and unclear. Instead of calling out the order such as "mocha and matcha latte" they handed it over the glass without calling out the order. I needed to ask for a receipt. We are fairly sure the latte was made with regular milk instead of oat milk, and the receipt doesn't indicate oat milk for the latte. When we asked she assured us it was made with oat milk which I could have missed, but I thought I only saw her using milk for several lattes. Overall the workers seemed like they didn't have a great grasp of what they were expected to do, seemed unconfident, and would probably benefit from more training on the process and communication.
