2 months agoMy wife spilled coffee on her Macbook Pro. We brought it to CompuTeaneck and just got it back after repairs. The service was fast and economical. Every step was explained very clearly and we got it back on schedule. No surprises except how great the service was.

3 months agoI wanted to replace SSD with a bigger size (from 256GB to 2TB), but could not open the SSD cover in my mew laptop. Based on existing reviews, I called the shop and Jimmy kindly picked the call and assured that it can be handled. I immediately drove there and Jimmy explained that the screw heads holding the SSD cover were worn out, skillfully unscrewed them, removed existing 2230 SSD (256GB) and inserted new 2280 size SSD (2 TB) which I already cloned. Now my laptop is working fine with the new SSD. Jimmy really made my day. I truly appreciate him. For anyone who wants to visit the shop, better street-park the car at the Cedar Ln. Plenty of parking spots.

3 months agoBrought my ROG Nuc Mini PC here after it wouldn't boot. They diagnosed the issue and got it fixed extremely quickly. Service was warm and helpful. They were knowledgeable, passionate and really knew their stuff. 10/10, they're the best!

3 months agoCame in for a Ps5 HDMI replacement and the staff was very friendly and professional, they answered all my questions and explained the process. The price was very great and the end product was perfect. I would recommend this repair place to anyone around.

The service was excellent and professional and they clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was explained clearly and my PC is now running perfectly. Highly recommend for fast and reliable service!!

5 months agoBrought my PlayStation to CompuTeaneck for an HDMI repair and they did an excellent job. They fixed the issue, thoroughly cleaned out years of dust, and had everything done in under 24 hours. Fast turnaround, quality work, and very professional. Highly recommend for console repairs.

5 months agoI accidentally pulled on the cable connected to my hdd and it snapped the header. Only the plastic was broken and the contacts stayed intact. I knew that hdd headers are a hassle to repair since it isn't a universal interface, but was optimistic. I took it in and staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. They managed to apply another header on top of the old one, which is awesome because it's a 20 TB hdd. I worked around the awkward angle by simply raising the hdd with rubber pegs and plastic risers. ( photos ) I've used it for almost a month now, no issues at all. These guys saved me from spending another 600$ on a replacement. Greatly recommended.
