See All ReviewsFood was decent but pricey. ZERO customer service. 3 ladies could not have cared any less. One was even on speaker phone while handing me my order. Barely any napkins in dispenser, no plasticware or offer any. Had to ask for a straw...unfortunately, travellers are forced to eat in the airport. It seems some workers know this and make no effort at friendliness or customer service.
Not impressed... the burger was surprisingly luke warm, considering I ordered minutes after they switched from breakfast to lunch. The fries, on the otherhand were great. Service was okay, but one of the employees looked at me two distinctly different time before asking what I wanted. The manager (I'm guessing) was doing a good job training her staff in regards to being courteous to one another because they work in such a tight space. Definitely not worth $29 for a burger and fries... even in an airport.
I ordered a burger since I didn’t have much time before my flight. The burger was decent, but nothing particularly special, especially for the $21-23 price tag. It felt quite overpriced for what it was. The burger came with a side of chips, which had good flavor, but most were a bit over-toasted and too dark. I could only eat a couple of the lighter ones. The service also left something to be desired. When I asked for clarification about whether my name had been called, the staff seemed a bit unfriendly. Overall, it was an average experience, not terrible, but not worth the high price either.
