This place has gone downhill over the years specially since the pandemic, and the bathrooms are horrible.
Me and my girlfriend came in a few minutes after they closed. We were greeted with great service. Very friendly and welcoming. They made fresh food of all the kinds we wanted without even asking. When we went to pay, they let us grab free ice cream cones on our way out. Overall a great experience and I’ve been going since I was a kid. No complaints. The food is delicious
My father and I stopped for lunch today(10/18/25) and had the nastiest, barely edible food. My dad and I are both from Cortland and we used to eat here all the time, however after today, never again. Food wasn't even warm. Steam was coming from the tables, but the food cooled before we could eat it. When my dad complained, he was told to get the food at the bottom of the tray! Really!!! Wow.
