See All ReviewsI rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I was told my food would be ready in about 30 minutes. After waiting over an hour, my order still wasn’t ready. When I finally received my food, it was the wrong order. I brought it back to be corrected, and instead of apologizing, the employee blamed me for the mistake. The young lady working the window was very rude and seemed to lack basic customer service skills. I tried to be understanding because she was young, but there is no excuse for speaking disrespectfully to customers. At one point, I had to tell her not to talk to me that way. What made the situation even worse was that several customers were waiting an hour or more for their food, and no one offered an apology or acknowledged the inconvenience. After nearly two hours, I finally received my correct order. Unfortunately, the food itself was just average. It wasn’t worth the wait, frustration, or poor customer service. A simple apology and better communication could have gone a long way. I won’t be returning.
First time here on 5/5/26, my order was so good! I will be returning soon! Friendly staff, limited parking though, the area around the restaurant was clean and there’s outdoor seating as you wait for your order. Average pricing, nice sized servings of the entree and sides. We got the lemon pepper wings and fries and chick tetrazzini, Mac n cheese and bbq baked beans.
Listen. My family didn’t even allow me to take pictures. We had the lamb chops, fish, cabbage, yams, macaroni and cheese, cheese burgers basket, and a grilled chicken salad. 1. We will be back!!!! 2. Fresh! Made to order. 3. Fresh! Not out of a can or box. 4. Flavorful. Everything was well seasoned. 5. Customers service, excellent. We had questions, we couldn’t decide, and they were patient, energetic, and friendly! Two of us split a plate and were plenty full. The chicken salad was definitely enough for 2. There was one complaint at the dinner table, my 7yo had the burger and it was too seasoned for her liking. Overall when at our house, because who listens to a 7yo about food, lol.
