See All Reviewsso we came here to celebrate my girlfriend and my 12yrs anniversary. we were the firsts ones there. the waiter didnt give me my water with ice. they were out of various items. we waited an hour and a half for 1lb of crab legs. almost 2hrs for my dish. I had to go back and refill my parking meter. they were handling frozen seafood packages on the ground. then they got my dish wrong. I didnt want to wait anymore so I ate angrily, paid, then left. will not come back. on a good note I got 10% off and a free soda. 10/10 would not come back.
We wanted to try this place out for the experience. Here's what we experienced: Overprice seafood that tastes like it came out of the frozen isle of Sam's and Cosco. Literally between 6 people, we spent $400. The snowcrab, lobster claw and lobster tail was tough, chewy and rubbery, they were out of practically most of the seafood items we asked for, the clam meat were missing from the clams (practically pd for empty shells), dont know about the small breakfast sausage links, fried calamari was $8.50 and you can tell its frozen out of the box which is disappointing when its a seafood restaurant, chicken strips - dont even bother for another $8.50, everything is an extra cost by the piece to add a small piece of corn, 1/2 of a potato, sausage, etc. The best part however was the sauce and the Monster Hot sauce is flaming hot/spicy as heck and will overpower your food (and we are xtra spicy food eaters). We tried all 4 of their spicy level sauce and hush spicy was awesome. Final thought, we probably could've just invested the money on a large steamer and frozen seafood which would have cost less and would taste similar if not better. When we are spending that kind of money (like $59.99 on 2 lobster tails), we expect excellent quality seafood. Knew we should've just went to Red Lobster down the road or saved our money for some fresh crab legs at the Casino on Sunday.
The food here is good, especially with the house sauce! And it’s a fun experience eating it out of a bag. I think signage could be better inside (for example, seat yourself, or wait to be seated). Service is ok, but oftentimes not necessarily a priority. When it comes time to pay, it’s unclear if you’re waiting for a check, or if you need to pay at the register. Overall, I think more direction/signage would be helpful.
