Food was old, mushy and the crawfish were very tiny. My snow crabs literally had 2 fingers and a claw. The service was very slow with a rude manger resulting with the police being called. I was on the phone the whole time with the person, they claimed made that's etc. however no one stated what the "owner" did. Yelling putting his hands in her face, at one point told her to go to the kitchen and cook it herself. Went back and forth about a refund. Didn't want to give her the food. Will not be patronizing this place again. Not professional at all.
Rest room was disgusting. Two stalls were broken, and had you know what in the toilets. The rest room was dirty and smelly. Our waitress was amazing forget her name she interacted with us and had such an amazing energy. I didn't like the drinks, bcuz my lemon drop tasted terrible, couldn't exchange drink for another due to they will still charge for a drink that they made and wasn't with drinking. I took two sips out, the only thing they could do was remake it and it was even worse the second time lol. . my advice get the hurricane frozen drink or beer, happy hours is until 6 pm. My seafood boil was amazing flavor and spicy just how I asked. I enjoy my visit just didn't like the fact that I had to pay for a drink that wasn't horrible even after being remade, I could understand if I drank it all and then said I didn't like it, the waitress asked if like it the second time. And it was still a no. Not her fault she only doing her job and I live her honest, knowledge, smile, and kindness. We were seated right away. The menu was easy to read and had a good variety of options. It’s kid-friendly and also had choices for children. The shrimp and snow crab were very tasty, and the corn, sausage, and potatoes were delicious. We ordered the Boom seasoning with mild spice, but next time we will probably try the medium. Overall, we had a good experience.
