See All ReviewsThe service was just ok. The girl was distracted by family sitting at the bar. Flavor was just ok. They were out of baked potatoes which is common. Crawfish were on smaller side and hard to peel.
CRAWFISH WILL NOT PEEL, they’re over cooked and stuck to the shell. Get ready to dig the meat out of every one. Whoever the cook is this season needs to be locked up.
I ordered 3lbs of crawfish to go. I sat for 15 minutes in the waiting area and was “mean mugged” by what I later discovered to be staff, sitting at the bar, as if off the clock. But they were in fact working as it became apparent when more people started filing in & they finally decided to stand up and walk behind the counter for the first time. The flavor of the crawfish was decent, as well as the butter sauce. However, these were the smallest crawfish I have ever purchased in the past 30 years and were so hard to peel that they actually sliced into my thumb. No one wants to work that hard to eat, I’m just saying. In my honest opinion, any reviews above three stars is due to locals lack of options & not a true reflection of the quality of service or the crawfish.
