Really bland all around. I got the queso enchilada and tostada. The whole meal was tasteless except for the runny hot sauce. The enchilada was too tough to cut with the fork and sauce was not good at all. Duct tape over all prices. No where can you see the beverages. Very disappointed and won’t be back.
I'm very sad... I liked this place. I would go periodically and enjoyed the value. Not the best Burritos and Tacos I've ever had but decent for the price. They have duct taped over their prices on their menu boards and charge new unknown prices that are definitely not a value. Two Carne Asada burritos, that cannot compare to something size wise like Chipotle, one order of cheese enchiladas 3 very small 3-1/2" long and big around as a dime with 1/4 cup of rice and beans, and over cooked (burnt) chips with salsa... $26.50. Hmmmm. Nope. No longer a value. So sorry,
I was in the area for the first time and stopped at the Goodwill, which is right next to the Crazy Burrito and decided to check it out. It’s a basic hole in the wall taco place and usually those are always the good ones and it was very good! I got the carne asada burrito with rice , guacamole, sour cream and cheese all for $8!! I lived in Cali for a long time and I actually prefer California Mexican food over Texas Mexican food and this burrito reminded of California. As soon as I saw the tortilla I knew it would be a good burrito, the tortilla looked homemade. If you are a gringo you probably want to stay away from the red sauce 🥵 Definitely check this place out if you are in the area! I’ll be back 😎
I ordered the Carne Asada burrito with a side of chips and salsa. only took a few minutes. The fresh salsa they sell with the chips is so good. Completely top-notch the little green salsa they gave out with the burrito is very delicious and spicy the burrito. Had tons of meat and was hot and delicious. This place is great. Stop by.
Authentic Mexican food here! No Tex Mex. Street tacos are always on point. I normally just need 2 or 3 to get me right. Fresh tortillas, well seasoned meat, fresh veggies and creamy sour cream… perfect! The hot salsa is truly HOT but has a nice smoky taste to it. And of course an ice cold horchata to go with. I highly recommend if you’re in the Sherman area!
In Sherman for work and found it using the Google. I ordered the super burrito and a chicken burrito. The super was fried. It was good, but I didn't find it great. The flavor profile was good. Again, not great, but I would order it again. The chicken burrito was good as well. I would go back.
I ordered the California Burrito 🌯. The meat had good flavor. The fries (Pappas) were just right. Would be better with guacamole and sour cream added to it. Tortilla toasted perfectly. Most authentic flavor. The carne😋 prices so affordable for this single mom. Love it! Thank you. It's a little place off main road (next to Goodwill) with a couple picnic tables in front. They are very friendly. Definitely try them. Not everything has guacamole or sour cream...so you have to add it.
This is a tiny gem! We came for the Carne Asada Buritos and left with so much more. I can't wait to try many more things off their menu. If I could have ate any more I would have got their elote, it looked pretty good. The prices are very reasonable and the food was worth the drive. Will be returning! Definitely worth the try.
