I have been here twice to get spring rolls, once in early April, and today, and they didn't have the spring rolls either time. Its not even an option on the self serve kiosk that you use to order and pay even though it's on their menu. They told me it's because they didn't have lettuce. But the kiosk shows their salad is available to order? I got the curry so at least I wouldn't leave empty handed. The curry was pretty good. But I don't know if it saves this place from smelling questionable inside like dirty mop water and never having the one item I want from the menu in stock.
AMAZING FOOD! Freshly made to order. Fried rice has a lot of flavor and customization of spice level. The green sauce is incredible too! There are a lot of over priced places here near the State Farm but this place is priced right and a great value. And the service was superb. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Great place! The pad Thai is delicious and the chicken katsu lunch special is a killer deal and a great meal. Much better than the previous establishment at this location, come try it again.
Fantastic lunch spot! I went by the Crimson Dragon for lunch yesterday and got their chicken wings with rice and beef skewers. It came with an egg roll the side for their lunch special, which is always appreciated. Their chicken wings were juicy, crispy, and seasoned to the bone! The beef skewers were tender and had a lovely lemongrass flavor and the fried rice was so so so garlicky and delicious! They provided me with a lovely array of sauces (I’m unsure which was meant to go with which…but it didn’t matter because they all tasted great! I especially loved the green sauce which provided the perfect touch of brightness and acidity.) Overall, everything was fantastic! The staff was so kind and accommodating. And I definitely had enough for leftovers the next day! Will be back again :)
The pad Thai didn’t taste like pad Thai. It had too much sauce, no chili, or spice, and no eggs were added. I was disappointed after seeing all the positive reviews. I am better off getting food from a machine.
A secluded neighborhood cafe. A real find! Stephanie, owner/chef, is a charming lady who brings family to the table. Cooking techniques she learned from her grandmother as well as her recipes. Even the name is an homage to her mother, crimson represents her mother's birthstone, a ruby, and her mother was born in the year of the dragon. How does this translate to food? Wonderfully! The pork egg roll was the best I've ever had. A thin wrapper stuffed with deliciousness. Dragon bombs are tasty and dangerous! Bite into them too soon and there is an explosion of cheese. If you've ever had a jucy lucy burger, you know what I mean. The curries come with a choice of protein. I chose beef with green curry and rice. Big serving with lots of beef. Very good! Stephanie served up a complementary matcha cheesecake. What a great finish to a wonderful meal. Cheesecake was marvelous. I'll be back. I gotta try the other curries. If y'all are in the Cityline area, check out Crimson Dragon Cafe. #lunch #lunchtime #cafe #asianfusion #asian #AsianFood #neighborhoodvibes
Went for lunch to try their chicken katsu on white rice paired with their pork eggroll, and it was great! Placed the order ahead of time and it was ready and fresh when I got there and the staff was super friendly. Looking forward to trying other items on their menu!
Absolutely amazing food! All of their dishes I've tried have been great, I especially loved the garlic noodles. The people are so friendly too, they answered all of our questions about the menu and were eager to talk about their food and ideas for the restaurant. It's also a lot of food at a great price for the area!
