a week agoTo start, I have not had anything at this restaurant I have not liked or loved! Today we had street tacos, which I've had many times and always get cravings. We also ordered the chicken enchiladas with green sauce. Now, I love to cook and I love my enchiladas, but I've been looking for a restaurant that I would love their enchiladas. This is it! Flavorful, fresh, season perfectly, the rice is flavorful and moist the beans were cooked to perfection. You'll never go to another restaurant again for enchiladas, I guarantee it ❤️

a month agoSmall little cocina tucked around the back of a gas station in a small neighborhood. Had a nice outdoor seating area. The hostess was incredibly kind and friendly. Ordered the tuna melt and garlic fries, and wow, was it amazing. There was a steady stream of take out and dine in customers, so we could tell it was a popular local spot. We wish we lived locally and we'd eat here more. The menu has many delicious options for tacos &, burritos. Oh, the michelado was 👌🏽 We had gone for a big hike in the area and the portions were perfect.

2 months agoFood was well seasoned, big portions, great service, they have indoor and outdoor seating. I got the fish sandwich. The fish was crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside and the batter used had a very nice seasoning, not over powering, which meant the sandwich was well balanced! The JS burger was good as well. It tasted homemade which I personally love. It was filled with great toppings, I decided to exclude the bacon but the whole thing was still delicious. Also, the garlic fries were yummy! Make sure to bring some gum though for after because they use real and fresh garlic which will linger in your mouth. I’d def go here again.

4 months agoFood is delicious!! The Chef has sooo many years of experience, his recipes have allways same distinctive and authentic flavor. Great portions and reasonable prices. We are super happy to found him again and now we continue coming back. It is definitely one of our favorite places.

5 months agoThis place seems like its family run and I hate to be tough. The bread was very good but the quantity of the pasta for the pesto pasta was very small for $15.50

8 months agoOriginally from Washington but came down to California for my 6th anniversary. My partner and I got the clam chowder, the house made cioppino, the jambalaya Cajun pasta, and the watermelon agua fresca. We were absolutely blown away by how amazing everything tasted. Best seafood place we’ve ever been to (and we’ve been to a lot of seafood places). The service was also phenomenal. We will definitely be back in the future when we come to Cali.

a year agoExcellent hole in the wall cafe! Each dish we ordered was hearty, and well cooked. We ordered Fried Calamari, Carne Asada Fries, Fried Fish Sandwich w/garlic fries, and Burrito with house made chips.

Edited 3 years agoGreat food and extremely friendly staff. The prices were also very good for the area and the portions generous. This restaurant is exactly what I've been wanting in Crockett for a while now: burgers and other dishes for reasonable prices that are great for dine-in or carry-out. I went for breakfast and dinner and both meals were great. The breakfast sope dish was AMAZING! The burger was very good but the Philly sandwich was top-notch. All they need now is some indoor decor and they're set!
