Had an amazing experience at Crystal Thai Cambodia Restaurant, tucked on the corner of 10th and Orange in Long Beach. I’m all about home-cooked, comfort-style food, and this place absolutely nailed it. The egg rolls were perfectly crispy and flavorful, the stir-fried water spinach was fresh and delicious, and the crispy pork spareribs were cooked to perfection. I also loved the Khmer curry and papaya salad — every dish had that authentic, homemade touch that’s hard to find. If this spot were down the street from me, I’d be there every day. Highly recommended! Just a heads-up: it’s cash only, so come prepared.
Khmer fish soup is excellent!! The beef sticks are also super delicious!! Just don’t expect so much in service!
Food is great, not a wow factor, i wish they could serve it faster. I dislike the fact of CASH ONLY for a traveler like me, also the flies in restaurant are really annoying. Maybe the restaurant should do something to prevent flies as it does look unhygienic.
