Absolutely horrible service. I waited 40 minutes for someone to even speak to me. Lady comes over and says "yeah". I asked for a drink and menu. The lady rolled her eyes and got the bartender. It took another 15 minutes for him to come over. Thank goodness my layover was 2 hours. Mind you, she was waiting on tables right next to me. My bill was 50 dollars and I left a 30 tip. It would have been double that if service was better. Im a great tipper if I get good service. This was 3/9/26 at 7pm ish. Lady was striaght ling hair tied back and bartender was an older gentleman. Would not recommend especially if you don't have a 2 hour or more layover.
I’m so happy to get a hot dog and a beer in my final minutes in Chicago. Good service. Good selection of beers too.
Great atmosphere. Quantity of food is worth the price but did not enjoy the Chicago dog. Flavor just wasn’t there. Staff were very nice and service was quick
