Like why did I just get. A side of Mac n it taste like sand is in it . It is half full at that. Str8 trash. Tried to give em a chance after last year chicken Philly was trash . while I’m there for 5 min 2 more pll call n complain. Smh. Never again
Welp, another Euclid restaurant bites the dust. They lost a loyal customer today for the bs they just tried to pull. First off, the prices online are not the prices in the store. A single wing $1.75 online with sauce. I ordered 3 honey lemon pepper wings. How does that come up to $8.25? FOR 3 little wings??? I also ordered a chicken loaded potato for $15.50. I asked the cashier why my total was $25, he said “there’s tax a the wings are $2 each”. Tax on takeout??? I explained to him that there is NO tax on takeout food. He tried to argue with me that I was wrong and questioned “who told you that?” Ummmm idk maybe the LAW?? Be careful at this place and make sure you double check your receipts because they are becoming the typical black owned business with all these little hidden fees, inconsistent prices and extra charges. Definitely checking them off my list of go-to restaurants. Also my chicken wings were BLACK. What a waste of time and money.
I called the restaurant first to order my food. The cook hung up on me. I wanted to try the food so I decided to go online and order my food. To still give them a try. They gave me a pick up time for 6:10 PM. I show up to pick up my food and the cook has horrible customer service and attitude. My food was not ready until 6:30-6:35. I will not be coming back. BAD BUSINESS!
