I visited this Nepali restaurant today (Monday) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Since it was Monday, I was vegetarian and clearly ordered a veggie khaja set. However, the chiura had mutton bhutan mixed inside, which was shocking and unacceptable for someone who specifically ordered vegetarian food. I requested them to change it, and someone (possibly the owner) came and replaced it, but this kind of mistake should not happen in the first place. The replacement dish still wasn’t satisfactory. The aloo chop was undercooked, and the mango lassi tasted very bad — definitely not fresh or well prepared. My husband ordered bhutan, which was okay, but the overall experience was ruined because of the poor service. When we walked in, no one was there to attend us, and we had to call staff multiple times just to get basic service. As Nepali customers, we expect better food quality and proper service. Very disappointed.
Our dinning experience at Da Vatti was very good. Staff were courteous and welcoming. Chicken Momo Platter, Chicken Chowmein, Chicken Sekuwa, Sausage for the kids had good portion and quality of food was very good as well. Would definitely visit again.
I recently ordered catering from Da Vatti Campbelltown for my daughter’s 9th birthday party, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The food was absolutely delicious.. Every dish was full of authentic flavor, and the portions were so generous that there was more than enough for everyone to enjoy. Our guests were truly impressed so much..everyone we’re asking where the food was from so they could order it for their own events! A huge thank you to the entire Da Vatti team for your amazing service and for making our special day even more memorable with such incredible food. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, top-quality catering!!!!!
