1st time ordering, it was a steak pizza threw door dash. They made it wrong it happens called to complain was told call door dash eventho the receipt said no green peppers our other item was missing items as well. Workers had to call the owner because didn't have a clue what to do. Not sure we will return very disappointed they came highly recommended
I've ordered pizza from them a few times now and it's good, but they skimp with the toppings , I dont think I should have to pay for extras toppings just to get the regular amount. We got the meat lovers and it hardly had anything, each slice only had like 2-3 pieces of pepperoni, didnt even see the ham, and hardly any bacon or sausage.
I order from Lou’s very often, and today was just not good because we ordered a 4 piece tender with a small fry, a cheesesteak sub with small fry, and a buffalo chicken Stromboli with a small fry. The order did take all most an hour to get and the small fry with the chicken tenders were not near how a normal small fry is. The Stromboli was very small as well. This business just isn’t very consistent but the food tastes very good.
