We ended our Christmas holiday on a very unpleasant note due entirely to the behavior of one particular staff member. While the food itself was generally satisfactory, one staff member’s attitude completely ruined our dining experience and the overall Christmas holiday mood. From the moment this staff member showed us to our table, her demeanor felt unfriendly and irritated. When serving the food, it was done in a rushed and careless manner that made us uncomfortable. When we made a few simple requests, she responded impatiently, telling us to wait because she was busy, and walked away without properly listening. This same staff member also brushed past me and other members of our group multiple times while moving between tables, without offering any apology. This repeated behavior made us feel disrespected and unwelcome. Because of this one staff member, we ended our Christmas holiday in the Gold Coast feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. If this individual represents the service standards of the restaurant, then proper staff training is clearly needed. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no desire to return.
Best food best service and best atmosphere. Highly recommend. $42 unlimited quality wagyu BBQ buffet. Owner Sophie always going above and beyond for her customers with a smile on her face.
Felt like I was back in Korea - great food and a cozy atmosphere. Ordered the pork bulgogi dumplings, tangsuyuk, jajangmyeon and original boneless chicken. Also loved the self serve side dishes. Can’t wait to revisit!
