See All ReviewsFood was dry and the meat was not particularly my favorite. Probably wouldn't go back as there are a ton of other Somalian restaurants in the area that I'd like to try. Employees inside were kind and sociable. One thing I also noticed was how humid it was inside the restaurant. All of the windows had steaks of water on them and I could run my finger down to draw a shape if I wanted to. 10/10 need to be running some type of exhaust in that kitchen.
I've eaten here three times. Note that they have just changed their name to Mogadishu. The quality of the food appears to be lower than at other Somalian places in the area. It's just not as tasty. And like pretty much all these places, they don't have everything advertised on the menu. When you dine in, they tend to give you free goat soup, which is nice.
The food was super delicious and the staff was very welcoming. I came all the way from Maryland and everything was good.
