Never acknowledged our presents. Had to ask if we should take a seat, even after wait staff was within 2 feet of us. Never came to take our drink order. We finally just left.
I'm new to The Villages. Met a new friend for breakfast here. I had the cheese omelet with home fries and an English muffins. Delicious and generous portions. Very clean restaurant and nice servers. Went to Perkins a couple weeks ago. Same meal, very small portions and $4 more for the same, but much smaller, meal. Sad. Darrell's is now my go to place. I will be back.
I love going to Darrells with my parents when I come to visit however I usually just get toast. I am vegan and it would be wonderful if they offered an avocado toast. There aren't many vegan choices around the villages so just one added menu item goes a long way!
