See All ReviewsI hate to give bad reviews to small businesses but I must say I wanted to give even less stars. Upon entering it was very cramped. We were standing around for a few minutes before someone finally yelled at us to sit wherever we would like. After about 5-10 minutes someone finally came over to ask if we would like something to drink. She took our food order and advised us that the kitchen was backed up and it may take a little longer for the food. It was about a 30 minute wait to get our food which seemed like an eternity with our two year old but we definitely tried to wait patiently. When the food finally came out my husband and myself were very disappointed with the flavor. I read a few reviews that said that it was basic and I would use the exact same term. I had eggs benedict and it seemed so flavorless the potatoes were cut in so many different sizes and cooked very unevenly. The pepper shaker we were given completely turned me off. The top was so gross, it looked like someone dipped it in their eggs (years ago) and it crusted over. The waitress was friendly and attentive and that's really the only reason I gave the rating I did or else it would have been lower. This was my first experience and I understand that it was on a very busy Sunday morning but I doubt that I would be returning.
Gloria the waitress she was so sweet so nice so courteous. the cook came out and he was wonderful to it was just a wonderful atmosphere to have lunch. I had breakfast my husband had lunch. the food was excellent as if it came out of my own kitchen. I'd highly recommend it I'm a very very picky person and believe me when I tell you it was a wonderful place an the food was delicious. I was very satisfied with my experience and so is my husband very very reasonably priced it's like a a walk back in time with family that's the feeling I got when I walked in.
I love coming for breakfast here everytime I am in Port Saint Lucy. They make me feel like family and the food is delicious. The owner will greet you and the waiters are willing to help. The country fried steak was cooked for order and the fresh toast was good.
