Horrible restaurant. Ordered through Doordash, foolishly giving them yet another chance after two previous poor experiences. Tried getting food yesterday only to have the order suddenly canceled, no big deal, thought I'd try again today. After waiting forever for the order ,Doordash let me know they were out of stock on ribs that I ordered but still showed they were processing the rest of the order. I called the restaurant directly because without the ribs wouldn't of had a full meal. I was so polite but the woman from the restaurant was literally cussing at me and yelling at me and told me "they don't have any food" I asked for help canceling the order because Doordash was only offering $13 back for a $100 order, and she rudely told me it's my fault for ordering through a 3rd party (Doordash). I have never been treated so poorly, this is my 1st one star review of a restaurant ever. I would NOT patronize such disrespectful people.
We tried to order from this restaurant multiple days in a row and they ran out of food and refused to help get a refund or substitute anything or offer any solution at all. We’ve spent hundreds of dollars with them in the past. The person on the phone was one of the most rude and condescending people. It’s great that you have demand, we wanted you to succeed. But throwing your loyal customers in the garbage because of it is just ridiculous business practice.
Came in town for my son‘s track meet, wanted some bbq before I went back home to Bradenton. They did not disappoint. Love the ribs, greens, and Mac and cheese.
