Food tastes good, but I wasn't impressed with the service and prices are too high for the lunch specials. I originally visited her restaurant a week ago to try a Jamaican beef patty. I decided to bring back a friend who also works for the county so we could try one of the lunch specials together. After the meal when we asked the owner about a county discount advertised in the past she said it expired. When I then inquired if she offered a military discount she responded with a big yes, but after I proceeded to show my Air Force ID she immediately exclaimed "But NOT FOR YOU!" and laughed in my face. She then said she only would for Marines because her son is a Marine... I felt kind of insulted and felt she was rather stingy regarding the whole thing. Will not be returning or bringing any more friends.
Delicious food! The owner was fun and friendly!
Very good food, authentic and full of flavor. The place is very clean and the owner takes pride in the quality of the meals. It was our favorite restaurant in our trip. We highly recommend it.
