The service was top tier. The space was constantly being cleaned and was very large, spacious, and organized. The food was extremely good with a little area in the back where you can add your own toppings! They close late which is a plus and it was a very pleasant experience!!
My family and I came on a Sunday evening and it was overly packed. There were no tables available and almost no space to get to the topping bar. The restaurant was dirty and sticky. The food we got was good, but we wouldn't come back just because of the atmosphere.
As someone who’s pretty particular about customer service, I was surprised to see so many reviews mentioning unfriendly staff because my experience was the complete opposite. The cashier was friendly and helpful when I asked questions about the menu, and the ladies prepping food were all smiling and quick to help. They added extra broth to my corn in a cup without hesitation and even found me a knife when they were out. The wait was about ten minutes, but the place was packed, so it made sense. The snacks were great, and I really appreciated that they sell white corn in a cup and even offer chipotle as a topping, that’s hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it. They also have a pot with free coffee and beans, which I thought was a really nice touch.
