I ordered 2 tacos, 1 steak and 1 carnitas. The steak was great, tortillas were soft but had a nice crispness from being on a greased griddle. I couldn’t finish the carnitas taco though. They use a variety of cuts, including tripe. From the first bite they tasted dirty. In my taco was a long strip of tripe that was clearly not washed well. Grossed me out pretty bad. I’ve had good tripe before and it’s never tasted like this. Probably won’t be back.
