8 months agoI really enjoyed my visit here. I'm from Michigan, but haven't lived there in a while. This place really felt like home. Salid bar has some good stuff that goes good with the meals. Would be great if it had spinach, but then too it would feel less like home. I had the ribs and they were some of the best I've ever had, which I ate with a fork because they were so tender. Genuinely fantastic and a good amount of BBQ sauce. Not slathered but some in every bite, or just about. The mashed potatoes and gravy were also really excellent.

8 months agoGot a BLT old bread, no mayo. Got a bowl of broccoli and cheddar soup so thick you could not eat it. Told the waitress about it and she threw her arm up as to say “Oh Well”.

9 months agoI recently had a buffalo chicken and ranch pizza and thought it was perfectly baked and every bit of it was fantastic.

9 months agoWe've been here twice now without disappointment. Prime rib is on point and beers are always ice cold and prices are very reasonable! Will be back again.

a year agoI had a porterhouse steak there that was way over seasoned, with horrible seasoning. If you blindfolded me, I would have never been able to tell if it was a beef steak. Told the waitress it was the worst steak i have ever had, and she said she would tell the cook. Had to pay for a steak I tool two bites out of. When I went to the bar to pay my check, I told her the same. I told her I had better meals across the street at the county jail and I would never go back there again.

3 years agoDexter's fish never disappoints! The walleye is my favorite, but the perch is amazing, too. The sides are great and everything always comes out perfect!

4 years agoI've visited a couple of times now and have nothing but great things to say! The staff was absolutely wonderful! The food was amazing! First visit, I had the broasted chicken, yum!! The second visit I had the prime rib sandwich, and OMG, THAT PRIME RIB!!!! Was, simply put, one of the best I've ever had! Don't hesitate to stop in and get the prime rib or that prime rib sandwich! Wow! I'll be sure to make my way over there again before I head home!!! 👍👍👍

Edited 3 years agoUPDATE November 2023 - Chicken wings are now $.70 each. Thank you Biden-flation. Good food, decent price. Came on 60¢ wing night and the place was packed. The service was slow because they didn't have enough people but the food was good.
