I’m very disappointed with this experience. This was my puppy’s first grooming, and I clearly asked that they not cut too much and to keep his face round if possible. Unfortunately, those requests were not followed. His face was cut very unevenly — half of it looked almost undone while the other half was cut much shorter, which made the groom look unfinished and sloppy. For a first puppy cut, I expected more care, attention, and respect for the instructions I gave. I left feeling really let down and won’t be returning. I wouldn’t recommend this salon, especially for puppies or first-time grooms
WOW! This place is INCREDIBLE! It's really hard to find a place you can TRUST with your little one and this place is great. VERY CLEAN facility. Easy in/out FREE parking. Super fast service. Really friendly staff and the prices are unbeatable. Just give this place a try and you'll see.
