I called to see if they had any possible last minute availability for 2 dogs (one of them being a 100+lb Bernese!) and they were able to accommodate me even as a first time client. The dogs look and smell amazing and we’re in and out of there in under 3 hours, I’m super happy and will definitely be back! Thank you very much!
They do a great job with my dog each time I bring him in for nail clipping. Highly recommended for anyone needing dog grooming services
Made an appointment three weeks in advance because they are always very booked. Showed up and they had no record of the appointment. Showed them my call record and had it marked on my calendar with address date and time and they told me they were too over booked already. Their appointments are scribbled into a notebook and don’t give confirmation emails or numbers. Pretty much denied any possibility that they could have forgotten to write down the appointment. Ran out to my car as I was leaving to offer to “squeeze my dog in” but it would take about 3 hours. Shouldn’t have had to “squeeze” him in as I booked it weeks in advance. Never trusting them with my dogs.
