I tried a few things: Chicken fried steak — crispy on the outside, tender inside, and the gravy was legit. This is the kind of meal you actually leave full from 🥪 Patty melt — done right. Good crust on the bread, juicy, and not overcomplicated 🧅 Onion rings — crispy, not greasy, and had a good crunch. Easy win 🍲 Soup — thick, hearty, and actually tasted homemade — not watered down like a lot of places What I liked most is they don’t try to be something they’re not. It’s just straightforward, well-made diner food. Portions are solid, prices are fair, and it feels like a place that’s been doing it right for a while.
