Broth on tonkotsu was great, but the noodle flavor was a bit off putting to me. (likely a personal taste). Egg was cold 80(. Portions seemed small, but it was very filling regardless; price seems a bit high. Overall good, but not even close to the best I've had or something I would re-visit as it didn't hit the ramen craving spot. (The best tasting ramen I've had still was in Denver at a place called KATSU...which has 4k reviews and still 5 stars.)
My fiancé and I came here because we were in the area and craving some ramen. I tell you, the service was wonderful and food was fantastic! The employee that assisted us was extremely friendly and kind. We both ordered the black tonkotsu ramen and man it was super flavorful! The egg was super jammy and the chashu was melt in your mouth good! The employee even came around to ask if the ramen was good and if we needed more chili oil to go with our ramen! We most definitely will come back again! Would highly recommend this place to anyone craving ramen!
Lee is the man. I had the Tonkotsu black ramen. The pork was delicious. Noodles were good, broth was on point. High five on the seasoned egg! Highly recommend
