The food was good. The only thing that was bad is that they charged us for a cheese dip with beef that we did not order. No receipt was provided, but when I asked for a receipt, I went back to let them know that I was overcharged. The manager then went to the cash register and I was told they couldn’t give me a refund on my card but they could give me cash. Instead of giving me the cash out of the register, they made the waitress pay out of her tip money. She had like $4 in her hand and then went to get her purse. I asked the waitress if she had to give me a refund from her tip money and she didn’t really give me a straight answer so I said just forget it that’s fine. I don’t want the refund. I understand that she can make a mistake, but I feel that it wasn’t up to her to give me her tip money if the restaurant had already charged my card why couldn’t they just give me a refund on my card?
Great food! Only thing is the Birria consomé. Not sure what this but basically it’s beef broth and seasoning… Haven’t had such a watery Birria consomé anywhere! Hopefully yall can fix that because the Bryan one does a great job!
I was pleasantly surprised. Shrimp queso was really good. Service was excellent and atmosphere was pleasant. A lot of food for the price. Had to take some to go. Beer was ice cold.
