4 months agoThe place itself was clean, and the staff were nice and polite. Unfortunately, the donuts just weren’t worth the time or the money. They were very overpriced, and despite only one customer ahead of us, we waited about 15 minutes for four donuts. The dough was lacking in flavor and overly large, and the icing was disappointing—especially the white glaze, which was extremely grainy and unpleasant. Overall, everything was far too sweet and unbalanced. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

4 months agoThe lady who attended us was nice and explained the selection well. We ordered a pack of 9 and were only people in the store and waited 20 minutes to be get them. It was shocking how long it took, I couldn’t imagine how long you’d have to wait if there was a line. Unfortunately also the donuts were not very good. The plain glazed and sugar were good but the ones that had icing on top were hard. I wouldn’t go back personally.

7 months agoCame in for the first time. Asked a question about recommendations only to be shown the display. She asked if i was gona take long bc she needed to go the back. I said go ahead. Waited 5 min . Left the store. There was no customers.

8 months agoSaw Janeth on TikTok and decided I wanted to give it a try, she made everything look so yummy ! surprisingly when I went in this morning she was there ! She was fast and quick with my order ! Super friendly lady, she explained to me everything they had from donuts to coffee as soon as I told her it was my first time ! ! 10/10 recommend this place !the vibe and staff are amazing . It is something on the pricy side but I wouldn’t mind waisting my money on these amazing donuts 😀 made my morning !

11 months agoMy daughter and I were excited to try Don Donuts after hearing great things. The shop itself is beautiful and the customer service was truly amazing , everyone was welcoming and kind. However, we were a bit disappointed with the donut selection. While the donuts they offer are beautifully decorated and definitely Instagram-worthy, they were overly sweet and hard to truly enjoy. For the price, it’s not the best value. With $5, you won't even enjoy a donut and a regular coffee. It left us wishing for a more traditional donut spot that serves delicious, good-quality donuts and a simple cup of coffee at a reasonable price. Spent about $32 for my purchase (lost my receipt). It’s a lovely place to visit once for the experience, but not somewhere we’ll likely return for our regular donut fix.

a year agoAbsolutely in love with this place! The vibes are amazing because the shop is extremely adorable. On top of the donuts being delicious the coffee is also great! If “The Don” is out of stock I’m literally depressed since it’s my favorite, BUT their other options are all so good. Can’t wait to try their breakfast sandwiches!
