What should have been a simple meal was transformed into one of the most insulting and infuriating customer service experiences I have ever endured. The woman who attended our table was not merely incompetent; she was openly hostile. Her rudeness was not a matter of a simple oversight—it was a deliberate and sustained performance of contempt for us as patrons. The condescending tone, the dismissive sneers, and the complete lack of basic courtesy were bad enough. However, it was the blatantly disrespectful body language that cemented this as an unforgivable encounter. The exaggerated, aggressive head movements and the overall attitude she projected were not just unprofessional; they were a calculated insult. We were made to feel like an inconvenience for merely existing in her section. This was not a case of a server having a bad day. This was a display of pure, unadulterated animosity. You have an employee who clearly holds your customers in contempt, and she should not be in a position to interact with the public. I will never set foot in your establishment again, and I will ensure that everyone within the reach of my voice—friends, family, and online communities—is made aware of the vile treatment they can expect from your staff.
