My snap benefits were taken all of them left with 02 cent. Don't shop there
I’m leaving this review as a serious warning to anyone using an EBT/SNAP card at this store. After making a purchase at Don Julio in Norristown, my entire EBT balance was wiped out by multiple unauthorized charges coming from New York. The same thing happened to my mother and my uncle, all within hours of us using our cards here. The pattern is too specific to be a coincidence. Under federal law (7 U.S.C. § 2024), any form of EBT fraud, skimming, or unauthorized access is illegal and can lead to a store being investigated, suspended, or permanently disqualified from accepting SNAP. Consumers also have the right to file reports with the USDA Office of Inspector General, the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, the Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, and local law enforcement. I am giving this store the chance to address the issue, but if no response is provided, I will be filing formal reports with all the agencies listed above. Anyone using an EBT card should be extremely careful until this situation is fully investigated. I NEED A PROMT AND TIMELY RESPONSE BEFORE I INVOLVE THE PROPER AUTHORITIES
