The service was bad. They didnt make us feel welcome and more like it was a bother to serve. Thet didnt bring limes with our tacos. They didnt tell us that water wasnt free. The tacos were good. The tierra y mar parrilla didn't come with a side plate of rice and beans sour crem or lime and they forgot to bring tortillas and when asked they didn't say sorry. They didn't bring enough menus for each person. Overall bad experience. 👎
Over priced, horrible service, took too long for the food to get to the table. They forgot the drinks, they give themselves the tip without asking. Food tasted bad, definitely not authentic. I would give a lower rating if it were possible.
Dona Carmen’s was a pleasure to experience. It authentic Mexican cuisine. Given that we’d not been there before, the server was helpful to make our food choice which came out quickly and was delicious. It is nicely decorated. The bathroom was fine but could have been a bit cleaner but not nasty. We will go back.
