I truly love supporting the Latino community, especially when it comes to my own culture. However, I am leaving a negative review due to poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. The phone was answered by someone who was rude, unfriendly, and not helpful at all. Phone calls should always be answered in a polite, respectful, and friendly manner, as this is often the first impression of a business. I later received an email from either the manager or the owner regarding a complaint I had made. Although they initially reached out, they never followed up, never responded again, and never apologized. This lack of accountability and communication is extremely disappointing. They need to focus on properly training their employees to improve their business and reputation, which likely explains the continued negative reviews.
Delicious, freshly made pupusas and caring service. The locale is meticulously clean. Free parking is available.
Food has been fantastic every single time. My husband and his family have been regulars for years. Their pupusas are phenomenal.
