Dear Relevant Management, I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent experience at your establishment that I found concerning. Upon placing our order, despite our group being the first customers to do so, we encountered an unexpected delay in receiving our food. The preparation time extended to approximately twenty minutes, which was noteworthy given the initial customer status. Subsequently, when I returned to the counter to request a bag for our order, I attempted to engage with the staff member. I was left feeling rather disheartened as my efforts to communicate and draw attention were seemingly unacknowledged, preventing me from obtaining the necessary item. My primary concern stems from the feeling of being overlooked as a customer. I believe that every patron deserves a basic level of acknowledgment and respectful interaction, and it is fundamental for customers to feel valued and attended to during their visit, irrespective of their background. I hope this feedback will be considered as an opportunity for internal review to ensure that all customers consistently receive the attentive and professional service expected from your establishment.
The restaurant is located in a dreary, depressing basement food court. There were a lot of delicous chewy noodles in a bowl filled with super spicy, undrinkable broth and sparse amount of beef. It was a decent bowl of noodles but unfortunately the owner charged us incorrectly. There was a 3.5% surcharge for the bowl of noodle at $20.68 became $21.31. We checked our credit card and noticed that we were charged 24.51 instead of $21.31. 😒😒
