Donut House

I love this place. My daughter loves to get birthday donuts and for the past 2 years, Grace at Donut House has made her the cutest custom donuts that match her “birthday theme”. They’re beautiful, delicious and so reasonably priced. I highly recommend this shop.

They did a great job on my daughter’s HBD donuts. I called only 2 days in advance - Grace was very accommodating, patient with my order and all my questions. She provided a thorough price breakdown with alternative options to choose from. I 100% recommend them for the customer service alone, but also the donuts were as described and delicious!

The tall lady at this shop needs customer service training. She can be very rude and have an attitude some days. I have visited this shop at least 10 times. After today I no longer will. Each time I come in I normally get 2 or more things and they give me a small bag for my things. Today it was raining. I bought a drink and a donut but was not given a small bag. I reach for a small bag and was told they don't normally give out bags for one thing. She definitely had an attitude when she said this. I had two things not one and it was raining. I made her aware of this. I am not a bag thief I only wanted to cover my items from the rain. The bags are small. This is not the first time she has had an attitude with me. When I come in I am nice and I only want a drink and some donuts. Ma'am if you dont like your job please get another one. Ya'll donuts are good but if it comes with rudeness and attitude all the time!! Keep them!! I did not reach over the register. The bags are not even near the register so please stop trying to suggest that. Thank you! Just have better service.
